The innovative HOERBIGER gas pressure control system combines the benefits of piezo actuators with precision engineering, electronics, and sensors. Because of the high gas pressure stability, the HOERBIGER gas pressure control valve allows precise cutting edges in consistent quality to be achieved. At output pressures of up to 28 bar, even thick metal sheets can be cut efficiently and in best quality.

With the new gas pressure control system, HOERBIGER is setting a new standard for speed and precision in cutting operations. The pilot valves for metering nitrogen, oxygen and compressed air as well as the necessary control and communications electronics are integrated in the electrically actuated pressure control system. A piezo element weighing just a few grams ensures maximum responsiveness with minimal power consumption.

Because of the low weight of the system and the compact design, it is easy to install in the vicinity of the cutting head. Other unique selling propositions include rapid pressure changes and flushing processes with low loss of gas.
