When Michal Steinz joined HOERBIGER as Logistics Manager in Zandov in 2013, he was responsible for the division’s service and production. Today, Michal Steinz is the Supply Chain & Purchasing Manager and is in charge of the entire supply chain, covering production planning, warehousing, sales and customer service. With this spectrum comes extensive responsibility. Michael Steinz likes to work in an integrated environment, giving him better control over the workflow. Additionally, he is also able to implement changes faster to improve processes.
Personal development is an important factor for Michal Steinz. At HOERBIGER he is able to choose from different programs to further develop himself. He is part of the HOERBIGER Expert Career Network, a program connecting people within the company to share their expertise. He keeps in touch with his colleagues in the network on a regular basis to share their experiences and use these synergies to improve their work. In 2017 he was also part of the HOERBIGER Harvard Breakthrough Leadership Program in Vienna. This gave him the opportunity to learn more about how to efficiently manage yourself and your team, and how to connect with colleagues from all functions and share experiences.
Working in a complex environment, dealing with a wide range of people and taking advantage of opportunities to develop himself makes working at HOERBIGER interesting for Michal Steinz. The next project is already waiting. His HOERBIGER Adventure continues.
