Our products have been successfully applied in stationary and mobile applications, in the refrigeration and air-conditioning fields, as well as with alternative coolants such as carbon dioxide in place of fluorinated refrigerants that are harmful to the climate. They satisfy maximum efficiency, leakage, and anti-corrosion requirements.
In addition to reed valves, HOERBIGER also offers overflow valves and pressure relief valves for carbon dioxide compressors.

Using our simulation tools, we can simulate the function and performance capacity of a valve even at an early development stage. We employ our computational program developed specifically for reed valves, which exactly maps the physical processes. The valve design is optimized based on the simulation results. Our Prototyping Department then produces initial samples under pre-series conditions.
