from Continental Controls Corporation
Effective March 1, 2018, the HOERBIGER Engine Division’s Engine Applications (EEA) Business Unit, represented by Altronic LLC, Girard, Ohio, will take over the exclusive global aftermarket representation of the natural gas fueled engine emissions control and flow monitoring products currently manufactured by Continental Controls Corporation (CCC) of San Diego, California.
These products, including the ECV5 Air/Fuel Ratio Control System, GV1 Electronic Control Valve, FM50 Fuel Flow Meter, and innovative venturi carburetor inserts, will now be available exclusively through the network of Altronic distribution partners. This transfer of responsibilities is inclusive of all aftermarket sales, service, and technical support for these important products.
“We are proud of this outstanding addition to the Altronic product line” said HOERBIGER Business Unit Manager David T. Lepley. “This provides expanded access for these well-respected products through the same premium Distributor network that carries and supports all of the Altronic end-user products in the global marketplace.”
The senior management team from CCC sees the same benefit: “The relationship with Altronic and the HOERBIGER Engine Division team is over twenty years in the making. We are confident that HOERBIGER and its commercial partners will be as successful with these products as they have been with the acquisition of the GOV10 and AGV5 products purchased in 2003”, said Rick Fisher, Vice President of Sales for CCC.
Both, David T. Lepley and Rick Fisher agree: “This is a strong partnership built on trust and respect that will provide an unprecedented level of support and service to the broad base of CCC gas engine accessory customers around the world.”
