Training qualifications offered by HOERBIGER have always been geared to the high standards of our products. We offer twelve different career paths - primarily in the commercial and technical domains - and provide extensive preparation for the demanding tasks that await you in your subsequent career with HOERBIGER.

Whether you work as a milling centre operator producing precision pieces for machinery or as a tool maker making parts for one of our complex metal-forming machines, top quality is always the focus, and with it the responsibility that every skilled worker carries at HOERBIGER.

As early as the training period, you will be manufacturing products in our junior company for actual work orders from internal or external customers.
You will receive high-training, initially in our apprentice workshop (1st year of training) and then in our individual business units (2nd and 3rd year of training). In preparation for your exams, you will then return for a period of three months in the final section of your training to the apprentice workshop, where you will hone and consolidate your skills with intensive support and guidance from our trainers.

As a trainee in the commercial field, you will work your way through all the departments that play a significant role in the supply chain, familiarising yourself with the key processes and tasks involved. To ensure you gain a comprehensive understanding of the processes and products of HOERBIGER, you also have the opportunity to spend time working in the apprentice workshop and in production.
